What is Kielbasa?

Kielbasa is a polish word for sausages. This polish sausage is crispy with a juicy interior and can be served as a side dish with a variety of other recipes like the famous black-eyed bean recipe or air fryer sausage and potatoes recipe. Kielbasa is normally made with pork or Veal. However, it can be made with other types of meats like Turkey, beef, or chicken. It can be baked, fried, or boiled and garnished with garlic and spices.
