Looking for an easy Air Fryer Aloo Tikki Recipe? Look no further! This recipe is perfect for those times when you just don’t have time to spend in the kitchen. It’s easy to follow and will result in delicious aloo tikki that tastes amazing.

Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes

  • 1/4 Cup Green peas

  • 1 Tbsp Rice flour

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 2 tsp Ginger chilli paste

  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

  • 1 tbsp Fresh coriander

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Steam and cook the potatoes. Cool, peel & mash them. (You can use either a pressure cooker or a steamer or any other method you usually use.)
  • Cook the peas until they are soft and cool them.
  • Mix the mashed potatoes and peas till peas are evenly spread in the potatoes.
  • Now add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together into a very soft mixture.
  • Make small balls and gently flatten them in your palms to make small Tikkis.
  • Lightly grease the air fryers’ basket.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 392F / 200C for 5 minutes.
  • Arrange these Tikkis in the basket and brush the surface of the Tikkis with little oil.
  • Air fry them for 8 minutes.
  • Flip all the Tikkis and air fry them again for 6 minutes to get the crispy delicious Aloo Tikki.
  • Serve hot or warm with the chutney of your choice or tomato ketchup.
