Air Fryer Halloumi Cheese Recipe

Halloumi is a variety of cheese that’s similar to mozzarella cheese but is saltier and has a ‘squeaky’ feel to it. It is made by mixing sheep and goat’s milk. It is usually pan-fried but using an air fryer to prepare halloumi cheese makes it a healthier option. You can prepare it without having to flip it or watch it.

Air-fried halloumi cheese can be prepared in a few minutes and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways like snacks, lunch, or dinner. It is similar to pan-fried halloumi cheese in that it is super golden and crispy. The only difference is it is drier as compared to pan-fried cheese so you can have it with tomatoes, sauces, or gravies. So ditch the oily pan-fried halloumi cheese and air fry it in the air fryer to reduce your guilt and enhance the taste. The recipe is quite simple. You can make it while watching your favorite movie or doing other chores as there is no supervision required.
