Ingredients

  • For Potatoes
  • 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes cut into bite-size cubes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • For Tangy Aioli
  • ⅓ cup mayo

  • ½ lemon juiced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • To Finish Dish
  • Bravas Sauce 

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

  • 3 tbsp green onions chopped

Directions

  • For Potatoes
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and salt. Toss them well to coat evenly.
  • Add potatoes to an air fryer and cook at 392F / 200 C for 30 minutes. 
  • Every 10 minutes shake the basket to separate and assure even cooking.
  • When cooked evenly transfer the crispy air-fried potatoes back to the large mixing bowl
  • For Tangy Aioli
  • Add mayo, lemon juice, salt, smoked paprika and garlic powder to a different bowl. 
  • Mix continuously until combined.
  • To Finish dish
  • Coat the patatas in Bravas Sauce
  • Drizzle with aioli and top with green onions and parsley
