These BBQ cauliflower wings air fryer wings are perfect for those who want healthy, delicious wings without all the fuss. Simply toss the cauliflower in some spices, put it in the air fryer, and you’re good to go! The results are crispy, flavorful wings that will leave your taste buds smiling – and with no mess to clean up!
Ingredients
2/3 cup of your choice of BBQ sauce
1 lbs of cauliflower florets (around 1 medium cauliflower head)
1/3 cup of flour (All purpose or gluten-free)
1/2 cup of milk
salt & pepper to taste
Water (only if needed)
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375 F (for 4 minutes).
- Cut cauliflower into “wing” sized pieces.
- Whisk together the flour and milk until smooth. It should have the consistency of a pancake mix. Start with the given amount of milk. If too thick, add 1 tbsp at a time to perfect the consistency.
- Brush the air fryer basket with some oil.
- Coat each cauliflower piece with the batter and place it into the air fryer basket (do your best to not let them touch).
- Air fry them for 12 minutes.
- Take these cauliflower wings out and then dip them in the bbq sauce to coat them.
- Place them back into the air fryer for an additional 12-15 minutes or until crispy.
