Food Safety Disclaimer
Air Fryer Guide provides general, research-based information. Cooking ranges are starting points: you remain responsible for following current labels and appliance instructions and checking food before serving.

Use our guidance as a careful starting point
Food, appliances and circumstances differ. A timer, colour or recipe cannot by itself prove that every portion is safe. Follow applicable instructions, check the food itself and continue cooking or reheating when the required checks are not met.
Air fryers do not perform identically
Power, basket shape, airflow, preheating behaviour, food quantity and starting temperature can change the result. Read the current instructions for your model and inspect food during cooking.
Published times are guidance ranges
Ranges on this site are not completion guarantees. Start checking at the lower end, then add short increments only when the food needs more time.
Check before serving
Food should be properly cooked and hot where required. Use the checks appropriate to the food, including packet directions, texture, visual cues and a clean food thermometer where suitable.
Timing or colour alone is not proof
Check the thickest part and more than one place where needed. Relevant meat and poultry should be cooked through; use current FSA or Food Standards Scotland guidance for temperature and doneness checks.
Reheat thoroughly and only once
FSA and Food Standards Scotland guidance says leftovers should be reheated until steaming hot throughout and not reheated more than once. Stir or turn where needed so cold areas are not overlooked.
Current packet instructions take priority
Use specific air fryer directions on the product where provided. Do not assume that a general oven conversion or this site's chart overrides the label.
Check every current label
Ingredients and precautionary allergen information can change. Check the product label each time and prevent cross-contact. A recipe category or ingredient suggestion is not an allergy-safe guarantee.
General guidance, not individual clearance
Air Fryer Guide cannot assess your appliance, storage history, food thickness, immune status, allergy risk or medical needs. Stop and seek appropriate official or professional advice when you are unsure.
