Corrections Policy
We welcome specific reports about product facts, broken links, safety concerns and editorial errors.
A correction request should identify the page, the statement in question and, where possible, a primary source.
Priority issues
Potential food-safety errors and materially misleading product information are reviewed before stylistic or minor wording changes.
What happens next
We compare the report with the page ledger and current primary sources. A correction may update wording, evidence, dates or related pages.
Transparent updates
We do not promise an exact response time. Material corrections should be recorded in the relevant page data or evidence report.
How to report
Use the protected form on the Contact page and include the affected URL, disputed wording and supporting source. Messages are sent to a private editorial recipient when the verified mail route is available.
Information that helps us investigate
A useful report names the page, quotes or describes the disputed statement, gives the exact model or food scenario where relevant, and links to a current primary source. Screenshots may help with a changing manufacturer page, but the original URL and capture date are still important.
Reports involving undercooked food, allergens, fire risk or a product recall are treated as safety-sensitive. Readers should not wait for an editorial reply before following an official recall, appliance manual or food-safety instruction.
Correction record and related pages
A confirmed material error is corrected in the controlling data record as well as the visible page. Related guides are searched for the same claim so that a single correction does not leave contradictory advice elsewhere.
Minor grammar changes do not need a public notice. A correction affecting the recommendation, safety boundary or interpretation should update the review date and retain enough internal evidence to explain what changed and why.
What we cannot promise
No exact response time is promised, and submitting a report does not guarantee that the proposed wording will be accepted. The site must evaluate the source, model scope and context independently. A working editorial contact route is required before public launch.
